Where Soul Meet's Body
Tomarrow Erik, Kent, The Rispler, and The Risplers purportedly cool brother-in-law will be taking a day hike up into the Three Sisters Wilderness Area. I hope to see some of these along the way. It's been quite awhile since I've posted hasn't it? Well let me catch you up! I scored a job at the Target Distrobution Center in Albany which I start in October, I got a bonus on my last farming paycheck which was a total blessing because it put me only a couple hundred dollars short of my Pre-Wreck account ballance!
Last weeked I had an amazing time at the local Festival of Tents, a campout/confrence put on by some local churches of the more carismatic nature... is carismatic spelled with an h? hmmm....
Anyways at the festival I had some awesome time of prayer and worship and saw a side of the church I really have never seen. I made alot of friends, and was able to encourage some of the brothers with my testimony about this summer.
Later on the in week I spent the later half of the day with a good friend of mine, Leslie, and went to the East Linn soccer and volley ball games. I have to say it's wierd coming back to see what I left only months ago. All in all I was reminded that High school was such a bad dream, and to praise the Father of Mercy that I got out of there. Not to say that the whole adolecence thing didn't have it's charms... but I mean really, who enjoyed high school?
After the games Leslie and I hit a late night sushi joint. This being the first time I have ever tired sushi, it was an interesting expirience explaining to the kind oriental lady behind the counter that MY sushi couldn't have any shellfish in it, and that I was allergic. She was very sympathetic of my loss. Thankfully I didn't get that sick... HAHAH.
Really it's been a great week, and I only have God to blame. I was reminded of what Paul talks about "encouraging one another in our mutual faith". Community is something I haven't had for awhile, and I think I've never met so many people in one week who have encourgaged me so much on to righteousness.
Praise Him, and Much Love

It was a bummer that I didn't get to hang out with you barely at all at festival of tents--but it sounded like you had an awesome time! Leslie had a really cool group of kids with her I thought. Congratulations on your job too! I'm glad to hear things are going well
