Best Company Ever?
This last week I started my job at the Target Distrobution Center in Albany. The job is very physically and mentally demanding, which is actually something I'm use to and kind of thrive off of. I'm actually excited to start work.
Target has a very interesting Corprate culture, I'll blog more about that later.
My days off are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, which is nice, since every other day is my Friday so to speak. All in all I'm thankful for this, it will definately meet my needs.
And by the way.

Those people look way too happy to be red.
checking out a little Jane Austen, I see from your sidebar. And what do you think of the original queen of romantic comedy?
Jane is very refreshing. It's all very funny to me, having no clue as to the Complex Infrastructure Known as the Female Mind. The writing is clever and the characters are halarious, especially Mr. Bennet.
Interesting is a good word for Target's corporate culture. It's definately different than anywhere I've ever worked before.
My brother was hired at the DC the same week I was hired at the store in the mall. We both liked our jobs a lot, and if you don't mind working hard I suspect you'll like it as well. Just, please, don't be one of those idiots who thinks it's ok to stack barbeques on top of paper towel rolls. :p
Remember: keep it fast, fun, and friendly! But mostly fast...
